The Recipe section
Throw the concept of a cookery book out of the window. The only way to make wine is to grab an ingredient and just do it. The actual method is essentially the same for anything you care to choose, and is thus detailed in a section we like to call The Standard Method.
This method allows you to muck around to your heart's content. You can use
as much or as little of a particular ingredient as you choose. You can make a syrupy sweet wine, or a paint-strippingly dry wine.
The amount of different ingredients available for making wine
is unlimited. The only thing limiting you is whether or not the resulting concoction is likely to be palatable, unpalatable or downright poisonous. Common sense will usually serve you well enough, but checking is a good thing.
Here I have outlined some of my favourite ideas. Each link contains some comments and advice, so they could almost be described as recipes!
